1. Where We Ship

We ship to almost every country worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at service@himalayaalchemy.com and we will do our best to assist.

2. Shipping Rates

Standard Tracked Shipping — Free on orders over $100 USD. For orders under $100, a flat rate of $12.90 applies.

Express Tracked Shipping — Available at checkout. Delivery in 5–10 business days.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped.

4. Delivery Time

United States & Canada: 7–14 business days (Standard) / 5–8 business days (Express)
Europe: 7–14 business days / 5–8 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days / 7–10 business days
Asia: 5–12 business days / 3–7 business days
Other Regions: 10–20 business days / 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or local holidays.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to become available.

6. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 30 business days after shipment, contact us at service@himalayaalchemy.com. We will resend or issue a full refund.

8. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.
